Our company pays great attention to the environmental protection and conservation.
In the recent years, Syassky PPM JSC performed a number of works and measures to ensure environmental safety in the vicinity of the mill:
— Works relating to the reconstruction and automation of the plants for mechanical and biological effluent treatment were performed.
— Commissioning of the section for organization of production of lignosulphonates that allowed the mill to increase the volume of processing sulfite liquor.
— Reconstruction of the screening system was carried out and the volume of water diverted from the Syas River was significantly reduced.
— Continuous monitoring of water bodies, control of air quality and soil conditions are carried out in accordance with the current Russian legislation.
